Gilmore Girls, Interruptions in the Supreme Court, and Your Mom (002)

Sarah and Kim chat about their (accidentally romantic) trip to Connecticut this fall and Gilmore Girls, including if they were Team Dean, Jess, or Logan when the show aired and if that changed later. Hello from a brand new podcast: Hey, Bestie!

Hey, Bestie! is a podcast hosted by two thirty-something best friends, Sarah and Kim. They chat about pop culture, things they love (or hate), feminism, and modern life each week. They’re obsessed with news and politics, proudly watch tons of TV, and laugh a lot.

Sarah lives in Dallas, Texas with her very tall Dutch husband, where they’re remodeling a house in the city. She watches Buffy the Vampire Slayer on a nonstop loop, reads as many romance novels as she can, and starts every day with a homemade cold-brewed coffee and a slice of toast. She’s educated in politics and works in tech. Sarah blogs at, is always on Twitter, and sometimes on Instagram.

Kim lives in Austin, Texas where she consumes lots of coffee & spicy food, does her best to avoid the bad traffic, and works in higher education marketing. She loves going to the movies, hanging out with dogs, and binging TV comedies. You can find her on Twitter, Instagram, or at

They very first episode of Hey, Bestie! will be up soon. Subscribe above to be alerted when it’s live!
