Sarah and Kim share the story of two teen girls skipping gym class who became best friends for life. (It was them!) They also chat about other great best friend pairs, the return of Luther (Obama’s Anger Translator), and each make three recommendations that could improve your life.
Did you catch Luther, Obama’s Anger Translator, on The Late Show last week? OMG! Amazing. Watch:

How We Met and Became Best Friends
Sarah and Kim share how they became best friends. It involves teen girls skipping gym class.
Once they were BFFs, they spent a lot of time during high school hanging out in Sarah’s room playing PlayStation (Tony Hawk Pro Skater), drinking chocolate milk, and watching Dawson’s Creek. They shared a locker so they could leave notes in there for each other, since they didn’t have any classes together. Teenagers are so cute.
Basically, they’re platonic high school sweethearts.
Things We Recommend
Starts at 15:07.
Aveeno Positively Radiant CC Cream – It makes the light bounce off your cheekbones! It’s light and easy to wear, even in the summer, and blends really well. It adds light coverage and evens out your skintone. (Sarah uses it as her only all-over face makeup. It works well paired with concealer under the eyes.)
Sarah has bought a zillion products for smoothing and de-frizzing her straight (with a little wave) hair, especially due to humidity. But surprise! The secret is a fancy hairdryer! She has this one: T3 Featherweight Luxe 2i and it is
life hair changing.
Even though Sarah said the hairdryer eliminates the need for products, here’s one she still recommends: L’Oreal Paris Advanced Hairstyle Blow Dry It Quick Dry Primer Spray. It’s $4, protects from heat, and cuts dry time in half. (Seriously.)
After not being able to stick with a gym routine, Kim recommends Yoga with Adriene. Adriene makes the type of yoga videos that both Sarah and Kim love and she has one for basically every situation.
Here’s a quick (favorite) one to try:
Kim’s last rec for the day is more of a life tip. You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do. Don’t feel obligated to do things that you really don’t want to do. Say no.
Related: Sarah added — Hey! Not everyone wants to have kids. Even though it seems like it’s the “default,” sometimes it isn’t. Ask yourself the big questions. Know yourself.
Say no. Practice makes perfect.
